This Sunday Sushi Isle is celebrating its first anniversary at Providore Place!! Mayumi and Simon are going to celebrate with something a little special for their loyal customers! Make sure you come in and say hello.


We also welcome back Primal Alternative with their Grain Free  Breads, Pizza Bases, Cookies and Pastry, all paleo and keto friendly!


Our stallholders this week are:



Food & Drink:

  • Cultured Tasmania - So many flavours of kombucha and other yummy, but healthy snacks

  • Dev's Dumpling Den - Nepalese dumplings and noodles made fresh with your choice of delicious sauces

  • Traditional French Street Crepes – sweet and savoury crepes, freshly made to order

  • Sushi Isle – Sushi (made fresh on Sunday morning), dumplings, chicken katsu curry

  • Elgaar Farm – Award winning organic milk, cream, natural yoghurt, sour cream, mascarpone, quark and cheese cut fresh from the wheel

  • Laos Farm – Farm fresh produce

  • Pat’s Tasty Treats – Yummy cakes and pastries

  • Mount Roland View Olive Oil - Fresh and local, and don’t miss their dukkah – their own secret recipe

  • Primal Alternative - Grain Free  Breads, Pizza Bases, Cookies and Pastry

  • Rolf Mertes - many heritage varieties of crisp, fresh apples and pears
